SCOPE
LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.  We employ more than 300 people, have offices in Australia, the UK and the US with more than 11,000 law firms using our software worldwide.  We are appointing a Product Consultant to join our highly motivated and fast moving team in Perth.   

LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support that we are capable of in order to optimise the changes of your being successful.  But, being successful in this role depends on you.

POSITION PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
As a Product Consultant you will be at the frontline of helping small Australian law firms acquire LEAP.  If you are passionate about selling and closing new business – we want to talk to you.  

An understanding of the legal profession will be an advantage but not essential as we have an extensive induction and training program.   Your never give up attitude is what we are really focussed on.  

REPORTS TO
National Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES – HIGH PRIORITY/KPI’S
•    Generate and qualify new Opportunities;
•    Make sales calls to Opportunities to book demonstrations;
•    Respond quickly to sales enquiries by phone, email or in person;
•    Master the LEAP Demonstration Script;
•    Master and demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to Opportunities;
•    Prepare and present proposals;
•    Negotiate to a win / win outcome with potential clients;
•    Ensure all communication with Opportunities is effective and moves to a close;
•    Monitor and report on sales activities and KPIs using Salesforce;
•    Participate in sales conferences and events
