The Company

My client is a leader in their field, specialising in talent innovation and employee insight tools. They partner up with HR teams within Business & Government organisations to drive constant improvement in talent management, recruitment, leadership development, training and assessment.

The Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Account Manager with a strong HR or Recruitment background to take over a thriving portfolio of NSW Government accounts. This is a role for someone who is passionate about HR and knows the challenges faced by those in the industry, you will be responsible for nurturing these existing relationships and growing them through educating the client on the tools available to them with this software platform.

You will be reporting directly to a collaborative Commercial Director and be a valued member of the team and a key contributor to the company’s growth plans. Ideally you will come from a background in HR, Recruitment with sales experience and experience working with the NSW Government.

Your Role & Relevant Experience:

  • Bring a results focused enthusiastic approach to your clients
  • Analyse customer requirements and provide a tailored solution
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase account penetration
  • Experience working with C-Level HR Professionals
  • Experience working with NSW Government
  • Ability to build rapport & present over the phone and face to face
  • Experience in sales or business development or an aptitude to bud and grow relationships
