This leading Brand, DIVVY Parking, has a contract opening in their Business to Business Product team. A recent restructure, aimed at delivering a customer centric and holistic Parking Software Products proposition by offering simple, connected solutions means this is a great time to join this proactive team in a unique, fast paced, hybrid role in Product Delivery.
This Product Specialist will own and drive the company’s competitive advantage aligned to the broader strategic agenda, by focusing on the way product is delivered both to tenant customers and large portfolio owners. Using your initiative and passion for the overall customer focus, you will enjoy the responsibility of:
Improving customer experience during activation and onboarding of all business product
Decisioning on the go
Developing roadmaps and business strategies
Agile environment delivery
“Joining the dots” to support best outcomes
As such we are looking for someone to be a product process expert, responsible for transforming, adapting and maintaining BB product processes, ideally with related Commercial Real Estate or Parking Business Product knowledge, but equally as important is an ability to know when and what to trade off to achieve best outcome for all and when to escalate. You will be experienced at communicating across a business in disarming and charming manner to influence transformation, making it easier for customers to make whole of journey decisions. Key will be your portfolio/market knowledge, product delivery in an agile environment, involvement in business case development and roadmaps, confidence to handle all manner of stakeholders, collaborative nature, analytical competence, solutions focus, tenacity and all round ability to be trusted to get on and achieve results.
