About the role
There is a unique opportunity to join the Sale Out Of Home (OOH) team in Laverton to manage several suburbs and to maintain and build new customer relationships. Covering top line suburbs such as Pascoe Vale, Coburg, Fawkner, Reservoir, Thomastown, Epping, South Morang, Mernda, Wollert, Craigieburn etc. This opportunity is for a 12 month period with the opportunity of an extension.

What you would be doing

The main responsibilities include:

  • Customers to be visited at the specified frequency at an average rate of 15-17 per day.
  • Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded and visited.
  • Sales Opportunity for all OOH brands to be maximised in each customer.
  • Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital.
  • Achievement of NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
  • Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
  • Build and maintain Customer relationships
  • Implementation of agreed monthly targets.
  • New product distribution and speed to shelf.
  • Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes.
  • Ensure all data is maintained and updated via iPad

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in sales, FMCG experience highly regarded
  • Excellent knowledge in Customer Relationship Management 
  • Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
