I have partnered with a dominant creative agency that specialise across Customer Experience, Tech, Data and Creation. They are a part of the process from strategy to delivery; it’s all end to end. They have a great legacy and are the largest in the country. It’s a large business with a small family feel, a beautiful office based in the heart of the CBD. 

My client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Sydney. You’ll be the first salesperson on the ground in Sydney and you’ll build really great relationships selling direct to clients. This is an incredible opportunity to join a business that you can really make your mark in. You’ll be joining a supportive, fun and nice team that wants you to succeed and take them to the next growth stage. 

The Candidate: 

• Strong sales background in Account Management and Business Development 
• Experience in any of these areas: CX, Tech, Marketing, Digital, Data, Media 
• Self-starter 
• Strong relationship builder 
• Experience selling into director level, CMOs, CTOs
