They are one of the most innovative and fastest growing car dealerships in Melbourne, after a year of record growth we are now looking to expand their Business Development Coordinator team with a professional and driven individual.
Job Description
If you love sales, but hate cold calling than this is the perfect role for you. High volume and warm leads, in this position you will be responding to customers enquires, educating them on all benefits and setting dealership appointments for them to view and finalize the purchase.
You will have a complete set of processes and tools at your disposal to help you maximize every call, from professionally created value added product videos, to workshops ran by highly skilled sales managers. This dealership has created a structured step by step process to make sure that you can focus the sale and earn great commission.
Responsibilities
- Responding to all inbound enquires
- Follow dealership processes
- Collect all relevant information
- Book appointments
- Ensuring customers are aware of all the relevant products
- Meet KPI’s
- Use our SMS system to update customers
- Maintain complete correspondence records
- CRM database management
What we are looking for
