We are seeking a business advisor with outstanding commercial acumen who can procure macadamia nuts, build relationships and provide commercial advice to grow our supply. You will be responsible for maintaining and securing lines of supply of macadamia nuts in shell for processing and marketing globally. You will work closely with the production team to manage the intake and support growers.
Duties include:
Expand grower contact base
Convert leads
Develop best commercial offers to growers
Develop industry leading supply business models
Build the reputation of the business and present business plans and benefits we deliver to growers
Meet growth targets
Ensure quality supply and mix that suits customers demands

Skills required
You must possess refined negotiation and new business development skills which are key to success in building trusted relationships. Agricultural knowledge will be well considered but ambition and drive are key. Tertiary qualifications preferred, exceptional communication skills essential. You must be results-oriented and self-motivated with a commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
