BDM/SALES - (PT employment 20-30 hours)

Absolute Balance Exercise Physiology are leaders in injury rehabilitation and corporate health services with a long history of service delivery in WA. Our Allied Health Professionals are experts in their respective fields and provide consultancy, treatment and preventative services across a broad spectrum of injury rehabilitation and corporate health services.

We are currently seeking an experienced (minimum 5 years) and qualified Business Development Manager to join our great team. This individual is proactive, demonstrates good organisational and time management skills and has a strong background in sales, marketing and business.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B and/or F2F marketing and/or sales
  • Demonstrated business coaching and sales growth success
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on developing effective relationships
  • A true sales hunter attitude with proven ability in lead conversion
  • Current full driver’s license is required
  • Have experience in digital marketing
  • A sound knowledge with Google Analytics and have the ability to prepare reports based on essential information
  • Possess the ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of clients effectively
  • Love finding solutions, managing multiple tasks and achieving real results for your clients
