About the Position

Due to continued growth, a Sales / Account Manager is now required to join the successful team in Sydney CBD.

This is an autonomous, client-facing role and you will focus on managing accounts and acquiring new business. You will be dealing with C-level decision makers and senior business leaders. You will be the face of the business and position yourself as the trusted business partner.

You will experience the supportive team culture and enjoy all the company perks/events that they do on a monthly basis, to maitain staff morale and team chemistry on a high-level.

Career progression within the company is truly mapped out - if you are consistent and a high achiever, your career can be fast-tracked to senior sales or management positions.



Candidate

To be considered you must have the following:

  • At least 2-3+ years B2B Sales experience - Open to any experience from IT / Technology, SaaS, Professional Services, Recruitment, Finance, Marketing Research etc.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven, highly motivated and looking for long-term career progression
  • Current Driver’s Licence



Salary

Salary dependent on experience, Base is between $80k-$90k + Super + Car or Travel Allowance + Parking Space + Uncapped Comms $140k+ OTE!
