Access Hire Australia is a specialist division of Access Group Australia, boasting the nation's largest privately owned fleet of access equipment. We facilitate the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevating work platforms, telehandlers and forklifts.
We are seeking an Internal Sales expert with outbound sales experience to join our Sales Team. In this role you will work with prospects and customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Your primary focus will be generating new business, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and highly motivated and you will be able to demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills.
This role is a telephone and email role based in our Laverton North office and you will be supplied with all the tools and resources you require to succeed. Understanding CRMs, spreadsheets and sales terminology is required. We have a sales and marketing methodology that you will need to follow however we encourage an environment of continuous improvement.
Primary responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities
- Create and manage small targeted campaigns to attract new customers
- Work with sales and operations teams to achieve targeted business goals
- Meet and exceed agreed performance (budget) targets on a monthly and annual basis
