About the role

Working in a supportive office environment at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane. In this permanent full-time role you will provide exceptional customer service by remotely presenting sales activities and promoting brand advocacy for Metagenics via telephone and email to our existing customer base.

Our customers include Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, Naturopaths, Nutritionists, Dieticians and Integrative GP's.

This is a varied role that includes supporting customers and practitioners to inform them of new products, upcoming educational events and promotions. We value a can-do approach and we love exceeding our customers' expectations by going the extra mile and ensuring their experience with Metagenics is always positive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service and follow up to existing customer base
  • Use product knowledge to provide information to customers as required whilst continuing to build and enhance business relationships
  • Achieve profitable growth and target conversion of accounts within customer base
  • Achieve KPI's and targets (call rates, frequency and reach) for customer base
  • Support Field Sales and Brand Initiatives as required and within agreed time frames
