About the Position

An Account Manager/BDM is now required to join the successful team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be involved in a mixture of acquiring new business opportunities as well as finding new areas of growth. This is an autonomous and flexible role, but you will also be working closely with the Sales Manager to assist and manage the sales cycle with both existing and new clients.

Career progression within the company can be fast tracked within 12-18 months if you are consistent performer and a high achiever!

You will also receive support from the management team that leads from the front, across all facets of the business.

The company is very big on training and development and as an added bonus, you also get a chance to go to the USA for their yearly trips!!


Candidate

To be considered you must have the following:

  • At least 2-3+ years B2B sales experience - ideally in an SaaS / Software / IT / Tech / Business Intelligence / Online Platform or any related Professional Services

  • Proven track record is sales - in new business development as well as growing existing accounts

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Looking for long-term career progression

  • Driven, hungry and motivated to succeed



Salaryb

Dependent on experience, Salary Base is between $75k-$85k + Super + Company Perks + Uncapped Comms Structure $130k+ OTE.
