Charter Keck Cramer is a Strategic Property Advisory Firm, employing approximately 180 staff in its Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices. The firm provides a wide range of property services across Advisory, Research, Valuations, Project Management and Capital.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identification of business development opportunities, on a national basis
• Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop approaches and proposals
• Managing introductions and attending client meetings
• Assisting with the development of client retention strategies
• Attending industry functions to pursue networking opportunities and market the Charter brand
• Managing and recording data in the Client Relationship Management system
• Development and submission of progress reports to track and record activity

Position Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in a business development, sales or marketing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build strong relationships
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent work organisation and time management
• Fluency in mandarin would be highly regarded
• Previous experience managing a CRM platform would be advantageous
