Description
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Managing customer adoption into the organisation and on-going support and optimisation
- Networking within clients to develop new contacts and opportunity for revenue recognition
- Competitor analysis and ensuring that we are offering consistently better value for money
- Identifying niches in the market, and how we can develop our capabilities to maximise these
- Building strong relationships with clients at various levels
- Building strong relationships with Business Development and Client Success Team members
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- eCommerce agency experience (highly advantagous)
- Strong online experience (Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Magento are highly advantageous)
- Good understanding of technical concepts - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other programming languages (advantageous)
- Solid experience working in a client support role
- Experience with Project Management
- Customer success focused
- Excellent communication skills
