Our client are a global manufacturing company with offices around throughout APAC and Europe. They and are looking to expand their sales team with the addition of a Senior Sales Executive to sell a range of high quality commercial and high-end residential designer bathroom products. They have a well-recognised and award winning product range that can be found in 5* hotels through to designer homes. This role has materialised through sustained growth in the Melbourne market and the successful applicant will be joining a financially stable and growing business.

Covering Victoria and Tasmania this role is focused on building relations and growing sales through the Plumbers Merchants and Distributors such as Reece, Tradelink and E&S Trading. Working closely with both the state sales manager and the National Accounts team your purpose will be to manage relations at store and regional office level within the channel partners. You will be responsible for price negotiations, promotions, advertising and marketing strategy, staff training, conception and implementation of merchandising plans, supply chain and stock management as well as attending events and trade shows. This is a fantastic opportunity as the products are desirable, the brand is unrivalled and the growth is inevitable. You will have full autonomy to shine brightly in this role and moving forward you will be well placed to progress your career beyond that of a front line sales person.

You will be an established sales professional and will have a good understanding of Trade sales via a distribution channel;. You will be a comfortable presenter, a natural rapport builder and you will be looking to work for a company with strong brands and products you can really be proud of. You will play the long game with your customers and understand the importance of established and committed relationships. Our client can offer full training on the product range so whilst flooring experience is desirable our client places more emphasis on sales calibre, an eye for detail and your ability to win and break specifications.
