If you are a high energy, driven Sales Executive with a proven track record and experience in the Software/Services/Cloud space, your next golden opportunity has arrived. 

You will help drive the growth and shape the future of the organisation with direct impact on strategy, product development and corporate value. 

The Senior Sales Executive will:

  • Identify & prospect new and existing customers and opportunities in the Government market to drive business via direct sales and indirectly via Channel Partners
  • Negotiate, shape, sell & close "deals" that meet customer expectations
  • Be accountable, exceed sales goals & financial target objectives
  • Execute on the strategic business plan working with key internal stakeholders
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to build effective account plans & strategies to drive incremental revenue and open new market opportunities
  • Champion the organisation's software, services and cloud solutions
  • Report on opportunity & updates leveraging SFDC & other reporting tools
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to grow the business

The Senior Sales Executive will have:

  • Proven ability in solution selling and closing new business
  • A strong track record in achieving &/or exceeding targets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills & the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to craft complex, innovative solutions and compelling propositions to deliver customer outcomes
  • Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency, drive and follow through

It is highly desirable if you: 

  • Have experience working within the public sector/Government/NCI industry
  • Have strong knowledge of Cloud & Software defined infrastructure
  • Are well-connected with strong relationships with industry decision makers
  • Have a tertiary degree BA/BS or higher

A Security Clearance is mandatory, NV1 is preferred
