They are a global office supply organisation who are currently seeking multiple experienced Telephone sales representative's to drive business sales. The successful candidates will be required to generate new business, manage existing accounts, establish key relationships with decision makers, contact organisations across a variety of different channels and close sales opportunities.
 
You will be responsible for:

• New business acquisition
• Managing existing accounts
• Building strong customer relationships
• Generating leads
• Achieving Targets and KPI’s
• Adding and updating customer records
• Demonstrate effective Time-Management
• Making 30+ calls per day
• Achieving high customer satisfaction scores through exceptional customer service

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar telephone sales role is essential
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and confident
• Polished appearance
• Demonstrate a “CAN DO” attitude
