The Field Sales Consultant element of this role will see you as the first point of contact with new clients, who are generated by Chase Edwards and qualified prior to their scheduled meeting. These meetings take place in clients homes across the Sydney metropolitan region. The right candidate will be energetic, able to work independently and within a team, be highly motivated and with a desire to learn.

There is also potential for quick progression into a role as a Senior Consultant for the right person.

Overview of Role:

Full time opportunity, this role will require a commitment to be available to work half day Saturdays and be flexible with working hours as both you and your sales team will proactively seek appointments to suit our clients busy lifestyles.

Upon progressing to the Senior Sales Consultant role you will manage your own client base, achieve set KPI's and complete client 2nd and subsequent appointments. Leads are provided however some business development will be required,

This role will see you utilise your personal sales skills daily. As a Senior Sales Consultant your specific duties will include but not limited to:

  • Proven track record in lead conversion
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication of value proposition
  • Have a 'can do' attitude and tenacity for the sale
  • Ability to sell to all walks of life
  • Ability to identify new markets and opportunities
  • Conduct client appointments and achieve personal KPI's
  • Proactively complete external business development to meet the office self-generation lead target
  • Support and mentor our Field Sales Consultants

The successful candidate will be sales focused in the financial services, real estate or project marketing fields. You will be a sharp, professional and motivational self-starter, who is inspirational and focused on excellence.
