The role
Based in new corporate offices in Brighton, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads to provide detailed information and options in regards to aged care facilities in customers areas so they can make informed and educated decisions on what the best options are for themselves or their family members.
Key responsibilities

• Warm outbound sales
• Account management
• Pipeline management
• Data entry and reporting

What we are looking for
We are seeking highly experienced sales professionals both driven to succeed in sales as well as passionate in providing outstanding customer care and solutions. Given the nature of the company, it is extremely important to be balanced in your approach by providing the best possible outcome and truly understanding the customer's circumstance and requirements.
You will be highly experienced in outbound sales having successfully managed a similar role and motivated to exceed targets. We are looking for people who will be invested and passionate about the company that thrives on being a key member of the team and driven to grow with the company.
Your communication and most importantly you listening ability are pivotal to be successful in this role.
