About the role

The role of the BDM is to promote REI Super’s full range of superannuation services to members, employers and  employer organizations within the property services sector.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional wanting the flexibility to work less than full time hours  across the full working week.  Hours are negotiable to secure the right candidate!

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing employers.
  • Establishing and growing new employer relationships.
  • Increasing membership through retention of existing members and signing up of new members.
  • Promoting our  Superannuation and Pension solutions  and providing general superannuation information to current and prospective members and employers.
  • Identifying decision-makers and uncovering their unmet needs, and concisely demonstrating the value of what REI Super can offer.
  • Assessing opportunities to create long-term value for REI Super, and its stakeholders and members.
  • Utilising our broad  REI Super network in order to help facilitate deals.
  •  The ability to build and maintain new relationships and to leverage them when needed.

You will have the following skills and experience

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in conducting presentations and public speaking.
  • Experience in face to face client or member service roles.
  • Experience in B2B relationship management.
  • RG146 Compliant (Superannuation)
  • Must have a valid Australian driver’s license

A full-time equivalent salary package up to $90,000 (including Super) is on offer for the right person.
