As Growth Account Manager you’ll engage your previous account facing and marketing skills to manage a large portfolio of Growth Customers (charities) through effective one-on-one and one-to-many contact initiatives. Your efforts will be geared around driving higher utilisation of the Everydayhero platform and engaging in best practice to deliver higher online fundraising outcomes for your customers. You’ll work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure delivery of the best possible service and support, as well as identify opportunities for customers to advance their level of membership and/or invest in additional Services that help them exceed their fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times through the adherence to both internal and external SLAs.
  • Achieve donation growth quotas by working proactively with Everydayhero Growth Customers (SMCs) to help them increase their donation revenue through the platform. This growth can be achieved across growth in existing events/campaigns, new events/campaigns, multi-charity events, DIY fundraising, direct donations and all other appropriate methods of platform use.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver cohesive and comprehensive support, strategy and training programs for Growth Customers to help them achieve higher donation outcomes.
  • Achieve sales bookings quotas by identifying opportunities for customers to invest in Everydayhero services or third party offerings, to help grow their success. Use persuasive solution selling skills to close opportunities, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Identify top growth potential / retention customers and establish then adhere to contact cycles
  • Work closely with the Events Account Manager to grow utilisation and donation revenue through Multi-Charity-Events from within customer portfolio
  • Work with Everydayhero Customer Support and Finance teams to establish a second-to-none new customer onboarding/support journey, setting customers up for success
  • Upskill Everydayhero Customer Support team to handle inbound customer queries from Growth portfolio
  • Retain customer activities and campaigns on the platform year on year, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Monitor key customer success metrics (# pages / % active / avg $ etc) on the platform and proactively look for ways to help customers ensure growth, or stem losses.
  • Within your portolio, proactively pitch for delinquent existing customer events currently not on the Everydayhero platform, engaging the support of other colleagues, management or other areas of the business where necessary.
  • Engage the Marketing and Professional Services teams as necessary to ensure effective coverage of and contact with assigned customer base. 
  • Attend and present at Industry conferences and events as appropriate

 

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane’s CBD. Some interstate travel will be required from time to time to fulfill the role (10-15% of time), with the potential for international travel.
