We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full Time Sales Team Member for our Auburn store where you will be responsible for: 

• Achieving and exceed sales targets (KPI's) and other goals
• Upholding exceptional customer service standards and offer a memorable shopping experience
• Assisting with stock control and the maintenance of visual merchandising standards
• Some heavy lifting of furniture and equipment

 To be successful you will: 

• Passion for retail, a love of customers and a genuine desire to achieve results
• Have a customer first attitude
• Experience in either retail (highly regarded but not essential)
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Be available to work both weekdays and weekends
