Our client has a clear vision and culture that puts the customer at the centre of everything they do and expects every employee to proactively embrace this culture to achieve full potential. They are now looking to appoint a National Account Manager to take ownership of 2 of their most critical and well-established national accounts. As part of a dynamic team, you will maximise revenue and profit results by personally contributing across the sales life cycle to seamlessly service the needs of a demanding portfolio. It is expected that you will create a high profile personal presence, broad networks, and develop strong relationships. You will "dive deep and wide" to unlock value for your clients and ultimately the business. 


In essence, you will be a polished sales professional with impeccable focus on quality, customer experience and a drive to deliver the best in the market every time. You will have a natural curiosity to really understand your customers and their business, and partner with them to make them successful. Due to the nature of this role, what we are really seeking is someone who can take a strategic and focused approach to identifying long term client strategies and needs. From there it is all about applying a strong mix of commercial acumen, the ability to analyse and act upon the data driving your accounts, a willingness to try new approaches and the wisdom that comes by learning from mistakes. You will be energetic, self-driven, have the patience to see things through and a desire to keep doing things better. Of course, you will naturally integrate tools such as CRM, Excel and PowerPoint presentations to optimise the growth of your accounts.

It is expected that you will have achieved a sustained high level of success in a similar key account management role within the consumer electronics B2C or B2B market, including knowledge of retail trading.


This role will require some interstate and international travel to ensure a proactive approach to the task, and offers an unprecedented opportunity to join a true global leader in the technology led consumer audio and sound market.
