We're going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to bolster our ranks with a Key Accounts and Partnerships Executive.

About the role

Following ongoing growth in key customers and partners, we're looking for an amazing sales person and relationship builder to join the team. The role will report to our Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for nurturing with key partners and clients as well as starting new relationships all together. 

This role is key to us retaining customers and contracts, growing customer generation from key partners and opening the door to new opportunities. Primary activies will be:

  • Fostering effective relationships with existing commercial and strategic partners
  • Development of joint promotional plans with partners
  • Actively networking and exploring new partnership opportunities
  • Nurturing key clients to ensure they're happy and looking to deepen their relationship with Mint
  • Managing the sales process for large inbound customers
  • Developing relationships with potential customers in the mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Advocate for customers and partners in the businesses decision making and resource allocation process
  • Feedback and reporting to the business.

The success of this role will be measured on:

1. Positively contributing to team culture

3. Retention of key accounts

4. Conversion of new business in the mid market and medium enterprise segments

Skills and experience

Experience in a Payments, SaaS or the Travek industry would be great but is not essential. The most important attributes of our new team member are amazing relationship building skills, polished and confident communication, sales skills and commercial acumen.
