The Role

This is an exceptional role focusing on growing new and used forklift sales across NSW! We are seeking a results focused individual to drive sales of our Hyster range of new and used equipment including big trucks, standard forklifts, hand pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment.
    
The key responsibilities include:

• Accountability for maintaining a territory across a metro and regional area.
• Developing new and existing customer base including cold calling and regular call cycles.
• Coordinating delivery of equipment with customers.
• Site inspection and assessments to obtain customer requirements.
• Preparing and following up on quotations

About you

You are a seasoned Sales Professional with a mechanical interest and a good knowledge of the local industrial businesses.
  
Your resilience and ability to adapt to a retail selling environment will be essential to your success, along with your ability to develop new business and maintain excellent relationships with our existing and new clients through your solid communication, organisation and follow up skills.

To be considered for this role, you have:

• A strong sales background with a proven track record in a capital equipment, asset management or similar industry.
• The capability to develop new business whilst maintaining existing customer relationships
• The ability to meet and surpass sales targets on a consistent basis
• Excellent communication and time management skills
