The role:
To cultivate key working relationships with potential clients as well as developing a long lasting customer base to ensure The Parramatta College can meet training needs. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, energetic, and engaging.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contribute to the increase in revenue from customised training for business and community organisations
- Identifying and developing new partnerships and networks
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities in line with college service provision
- Identifying new opportunities for growth within existing client base
- Building relationships with employer groups and industry bodies and other key stakeholders.
- Personal visits to identify the training needs of local businesses across the area and assist program managers to develop suitable training programs.
- Attend after hours networking events, conferences, expos etc.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and related products within the sector

Qualifications/Experience
Relevant business/relationship building experience.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in vocational education and training (VET) or demonstrate understanding of the VET sector or adult and community education is preferred.
