About the Company

Founded 30 years ago the company is a very well established and successful business selling cleaning products and cleaning machinery such as ride on sweepers and vacuums. With 8 sales branches and 60 staff Australia wide. The company has an excellent culture and some fantastic clients. 

About the role

After cleaning machines are sold, such as ride on sweepers and vacuum cleaners, they need to be serviced and maintained for clients. As the National Service Manager you will be responsible for leading your team and providing the absolute best service to your clients. 

You will be measured on things like:

• Customer satisfaction
• Quality of work
• Efficiency

To be successful in your application we are looking for:


Great customer service

Experience in a National role 

Experience managing a National team

Technical knowledge in a similar servicing role working with similar machines

Mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of AC and DC operating systems

Budget and P&L experience

Good Administration skills

Time Management skills
