We are an international manufacturer and distributor of alloy wheels and tyres, with a strong focus on providing high quality products in combination with our exceptional service.
The right candidate will have a positive mindset, an eye for detail and a passion for providing elite customer service in a team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls;
- Responding to sales/customer queries and providing technical advice;
- Making outgoing calls to existing customers to advise of current specials;
- Entering customer orders accurately, within timeframes to ensure delivery deadlines are met; and
- Providing support to our external Sales Representatives.
To succeed you will require the following skills:
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner;
- A "can do" attitude with lots of initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Good geographical knowledge of Australia;
- A willingness to learn; and
- A passion for motor vehicles.
- SAP experience is highly desirable.
