Highgate specialises in the design, construction, inspection and servicing of adventure play and training facilities.  Our clients range from corporate (hotels, pubs, FECs, cruise ships) and education to the Defence Force and Government bodies. Our products are fun and exciting and provide our clients with a WOW factor.  We pride ourselves on bringing safe, innovative products to the marketplace and going above and beyond for our clients before, during and long after the sale.   

We are seeking an enthusiastic client focused sales person to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for adventure leisure, climbing and related activities and a desire to find the best outcome for our clients.

  • Be an organised individual who possesses a passion for sales with strong customer service skills.
  • Be articulate and demonstrate strong written and presentation skills
  • Take the initiative.
  • Be energetic and adaptable

We require:

  • An ability to engage directly with the market to understand the customer’s needs and desires and be able to deliver excellent solutions.
  • Accomplished negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to develop strong long-term business relationships and deliver great results
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proven success in field sales for B2B and business development.
  • An ability to co-ordinate many different elements and be flexible enough to deal with change

Preferred Experience:

  • Working with large organisations such as Defence and government bodies
  • Broad understanding of construction work / reading technical drawings would be beneficial but can be learned.
