About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced individual, to contribute to our rapidly growing business. This role is integral to the success of the organisation and involves being responsible for the nurturing and development of new and existing business relationships and sales activities.

 

Supported by the technical team, you will have the confidence in selling high quality solutions to new clients, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

 

Key Skills and Requirements

  • A proven track record in developing and securing new client base along with strong relationship management and rapport building abilities
  • An exceptional reputation and solid customer base in the AV industry
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A technical understanding of relevant technologies and their applications
  • Ability to perform sales-related activities delegated to them from senior members of the organisation
  • Ability to create presentations, quotes and proposal documents of high quality and accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Be creative, proactive and self-motivated to achieve results
  • Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

 

Key Responsibilities

To engage in activities to create sales and sales opportunities including, but not limited to:

  • Proactively develop, nurture and sustain business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Follow-up support and customer service
  • Keep up to date with new Audio Visual technologies and products
  • Introduce new technologies and products to clients
  • Maintain accountability and cooperation to systems, processes and company values
