Due to an internal Transfer, Preston Toyota is now searching for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. One of Victoria’s Leading motor dealers with an excellent location attracting high volume with walk in traffic on high street Preston. This used car yard is a high performing yard & sells a variety of makes. If you are enthusiastic and driven then we want you! 

Duties will include:

• Leading the Used Car Sales team in sales performance whilst providing the highest level of customer experience
• Ensure communication internally and externally will help facilitate sustainable relationship and profitability
• Understanding customer's needs and demonstrate the capabilities and features of new vehicles   

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous Used Car team management experience with a proven track record
• The ability to mentor/train sales executive
• Strong verbal and written communication
• The ability to work autonomously
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Sound knowledge of the sales process
• Autogate and Carsales Fluency
• Stock Management Proficiency
• Current drivers licence
