Are you looking for an exciting career change or wish to further develop your skills within the diamond and fine jewellery industry?
A position will soon become available for a full time sales consultant in our Perth CBD store.
The position will primarily be a sales role but will also include administrative duties. As a sales consultant, you will be expected to meet and greet customers in a timely and friendly manner; listen and discuss their inquiries, and provide high quality service to ensure the customer/s receive our best attempt to meet their requirements. Onsite training will provide you with the knowledge to assist all customer inquiries and support from other team members will always be available.
We do not work with commission or sales targets, as we do not wish to compromise the quality of service to our customers. A strong sense of equality is enforced across all sales staff and team members.
Essential skills:
- Interest in diamonds, jewellery and jewellery design
- Ability to work with computers and POS systems, plus general computer knowledge with outlook, word, excel etc.
- Neat presentation
- Ability to work within a team
- Confidence in dealing with customers and handling inquiries
- Fluent in the English language (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in jewellery sales, manufacturing and/or repair work
- Second language
