Offering a large range of power generation solutions in the areas of sales, hire, parts and service. My client has branches in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and Perth. Predominately servicing the construction, industrial and mining markets on the East Coast of Australia. My client is 100% Australian run and operated with a strong history of providing expert knowledge and premium products for over 20 years.
Seeking rapid expansion in Brisbane and Sydney my client is looking to fill 3 sale rep roles between the two sites. This is a huge opportunity to join an east coast giant and continue on in the future success of the business.
Role
With a strong focus on new business, you will be tasked with opening doors and exploring avenues that have not been explored with regards to potential clients. You must be driven and able to handle rejection with a patience and a vision for the future.
The ideal candidate will have most of the following attributes and responsibilities;
* Follow up the existing customers and this could includes; customer inquiries, providing quotation, helping decision making to place order to final delivery.
* Develop new customers. For the regions which are not fully covered, excepting Tele sales, emails and business trips will be also required as part of your job.
* Stock control. Review the stock level from time to time. Make sure the stock is kept at a reasonable level and update regularly to the sales manager.
* Assist the Sales Manager in all kinds of sales activities.
* Ability to undertake multiple varies tasks with a minimum of direct supervision
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the industrial sector (Diesel Generators)
- Current Drivers Licence with excellent driving history
- Intermediate to Advanced level in all MS Office packages
- Current Police Check
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- The commitment to be an integral part of the company and be a team player
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Impeccable communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
Salary Package
- Base: $80,000 – $90,000
