Offering a fully integrated service from evaluation, design and project management to post project services in the industry of office fit outs and refurbishment.
With offices located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. My client is a true national leader in this space. With massive expansion seen in the Sydney market. They are looking to bring on a new BDM to share in on their success and join their dynamic and energetic team.
Role
The primary purpose of this role is to bring in new clients for the business by leveraging the company name and using your tried and tested sales methodology of cold calling and getting in-front of decision markers. The client is looking for someone with experience playing in this space and can work autonomously within the business. Having the report in on a weekly basis, KPI’s will need to be hit in order to be successful within this company.
Heavily relying on your problem solving and on the spot thinking, you must be able to create a relationship with your clients and work with them on creating their vision. Professionalism is a must at all times and a sincere desire to make large commission the driving force that will be the key of your success.

Base: $80,000 - $110,000

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (Essential)
- 3+ years in sales (Office Fit Outs)
- Fantastic contacts within the desired markets
- Technical minded
- Experience bringing in new business
- Cold calling experience
- Strong design and modification experience
