This is exciting new role is to lead the Greenhouse business design. This role is critical in helping to build the suite of Greenhouse offerings that change the way Deloitte’s clients solve business challenges

About the work

You will be:

Building comprehensive Deloitte Greenhouse lab offerings from end to end. Focus on developing strategic solutions and business execution of those solutions in the lab environment.

You will also be:

• Working with the Greenhouse Director to establish the direction of the Deloitte Greenhouse
• Proving user experience evolution; identify and implement new tools and offerings to enhance existing methodologies and Deloitte Greenhouse design.
• Designing labs and exceptional client experiences
• Lead teams to design Labs using the Deloitte Greenhouse framework and to define lab strategies.
• For all labs (experiences), work closely with client teams and clients to define their adaptive challenge, strategic outcomes and commensurate ROI
• Delivering Labs - for select, top tier accounts and pursuits
• Collaborating - Work within the local and global Deloitte network. Utilise and request talent, IP and content across the network, where required, for the Deloitte Greenhouse. Work with the Lab/project team in establishing and executing the Greenhouse lab and with the MCBD team in building the Greenhouse brand internally and externally
• Setting goals and regularly check in with the Director and assess progress towards goals. Aim for continual self development and set an example for the broader Deloitte Greenhouse team. Provide feedback and guidance to direct reports to help them hone their craft and take on stretch roles and development opportunities that align with their goals.

About you:

The Greenhouse Business Designer will have strong business acumen and a track record in capturing and understanding business requirements and be able to clearly articulate commercial outcomes which will inform the design brief for the experience designers. You will be able to develop North Star and future state visions and design strategies that create opportunities and value for Deloitte Clients.

Critical success factors in this role are:

• Extensive strategic experience in consulting and similar disciplines such as business analysis - preferably B2B
• Relentless focus on excellence and efficiency in the delivery of the program
• The ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrable experience in leading high performing teams
• Human centred design and design thinking track record is highly desirable.
• The ability to work and support Partners and client service teams to leverage the Deloitte Greenhouse as part of their Client Experience
• Ability to gain support and resources from across the firm to deliver agreed objectives
• Ability to marry business acumen with creative and design thinking expertise to achieve outcomes for the firm and its clients
