Manpower's client a Global Leading company who manufacture bar code readers,, mobile computers, sensors, vision systems and laser marking systems are looking for a qualified Field Service Engineer with industry experience
You will responsible for understanding Key/Target accounts in order to offer solutions for their applications
Updating The CRM system in regards to key metrics
Main Responsibilities
- Manage project, the related scheduling/milestones and relationship with customers having the full project ownership once the order is signed
- Support sales in the contract
- Work with sales & Field service Engineers
- Support sales and Field service Engineers defining the effort needed for installation and post sales services
- Support sales in defining the pricxe offer
- Co Ordinate with field engineering team for installation
- Supervise installation and commisioning
- Manage schedule changes and issues
Skills
- Knowledge of Project Management techniques
- Negotiation skills Communication skills
- Technical knowledge of the products/solutions for the inustry
- Knowledge of the sale processess
- knowledge of teh supply chain
- knowledge of the administration process
Master's Degree in Engineering - PMP Certification (Preferred)
