Debt Solutions Officer

Debt Negotiators are currently seeking MULTIPLE dynamic and experienced sales professionals to join an exciting and financially rewarding opportunity in our growing team.

The Role:

As a Debt Solutions Officer, you will be required to assist clients with advice on how to best manage their debts and provide them with solutions to take control of their financial situation and become debt free. This includes:

• Providing clients with appropriate solutions

• Assisting clients with inbound and outbound enquires

• Ensuring an outstanding level of customer service is always met

• Managing a large portfolio of clients

• Meeting monthly KPI targets whilst ensuring high quality of work and attention to detail

• Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst representing the company in a positive manner

  Key Skills and Attributes:

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is highly preferred

• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly

• An ability to influence & persuade potential customers

• Demonstrates sales success

• Ability to work both individually and with a team to meet required targets

• Driven and dedicated work ethic with a positive attitude
