ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Rosebery and looking after Holden, Kia, and Honda. we are looking for a highly motivated experienced or trainee Aftermarket Consultant. who takes pride in providing consistently high levels of customer care with drive, passion and a commitment to excellence. Your focus will be to add value and build lasting relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional after sales and service experience.
DUTIES
- Identify, promote and develop relationships with customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers either face to face or follow up by phone/email.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Maintain effective customer records.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strategic execution in order to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer literacy with strong experience using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Is flexible and able to work weekends
- Strong written and verbal communications
