About the role
Recruiting for an inside sales position in an automotive recycling business. Already established and successful with a focus on the export market, this business is ready to take the next step and build a function to sell into the collision/mechanical markets as well as fellow auto recyclers. Great inventory already available for sale and now running the Pinnacle Professional yard management system, the business is ready to build a sales function to support the infrastructure being built.
What you would be doing
The main functions you will be performing include:
- Receiving incoming sales calls
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and work with current sales team to achieve team goals daily
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- >5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience selling parts in an auto recycling business to collision repairers and mechanics
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Experience using the Pinnacle Professional yard management system would be a plus
