What we are looking for:

We need someone who has software sales experience and can convert opportunities to customers. You don’t need to be an expert in the construction field, but a growth mindset and the ability to learn quickly is essential. You are a true chameleon, able to shift your approach to suit your audience and are not derailed by roadblocks. A great opportunity to cut your sales teeth in this newly created role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Sell to new opportunities
  • Educate opportunities on how to use the software platform
  • Handover a sale to an AM
  • Inform the wider business of the key criteria / what success looks like in the role
  • Following process - CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong record keeping
  • Accepting opportunities from SDR’s
  • Establish their expectations, and what success looks like to the DM
  • Identify and inform the internal driver and then introduce to the right person in
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the construction industry
  • Be able to generate new business for the company
  • To communicate effectively with the team about progress, goals, and accounts.
  • To demonstrate a management and relationship style that reflects the company values.
  • To be awesome & enjoy yourself
