Nobby Kitchens is a leading Australian Kitchen company and has been established since 1939. You are joining a team that work together and focus on team results. Nobby Kitchens is located in Newcastle.
This is a base plus commission or commission only role working leads from our Newcastle showroom.
If you have what it takes to be a $100K - $150K plus sales person, then we want you on our team.
Your role is designing & selling kitchens from qualified leads taken in our Newcastle showroom . A proven track record in direct selling and a strong ability to close the sale is a requirement. You must have current or past experience in designing & selling kitchens. You will need to have used a computer aided design program ( CAD design). Full training is provided for the right applicant

Excellent telephone skills are essential and you must be a confident , well spoken individual who has a passion to succeed and close the sale.
Commission Only:
You decide what days & times you work. Ideally you would be sitting 5pm appointments during the week and appointments on Saturdays. This is when your customers are home to purchase a kitchen. You could sit 2-4 appointments per week and still earn over $80- $100K per year. Sit more appointments and of course earn a higher commission.
Our appointments are sat between 4pm -5pm or 6pm if you prefer which means you have your days off. Again, you choose what nights, how many and what times on weekends. Daytime appointments are also sat but you let us know your availability and we can fill your diary.
PREFER SALARY PACKAGE?
If you prefer wages / commission, then please discuss with us as well. We offer very an exciting salary and bonuses for the right sales person with kitchen experience. Appointments are 9am, 1pm and 4.30pm sitting a max of one - two time slots per day.
