The Role
• The role is full time Monday to Friday with the potential for occasional Saturday work
• You will work within a sales team delivering the highest standards of customer service
• You will become an expert in understanding the process of downsizing and assist your customers in making an informed decision 

Your Duties
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in a "consultative selling environment" and have advanced sales experience.
•  You will use your excellent communication skills to develop relationships and build rapport
• You will assist your customers in making an informed, positive decision
• You will thrive in a dynamic and ever changing, growing environment

Your Expertise
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to empathise and relate to people
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• A background in real-estate and/or the building industry would be considered advantageous
• You will be a mature, respectful communicator with the ability to work in a team and autonomously
