A fantastic opportunity for a BDM to join a growing business based in Melbourne. On offer is a generous base ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 along with a maintained car and an OTE of $160k +. Their constant expansion of the business has demanded the need for someone like you to work with the senior management team. In turn, you will be helping with the continued growth of the business and eventually make your own stamp on the territory. What will you be doing?

Based at their Melbourne office but with travel requirements, you will work with the Sales Director to create new revenue by introducing their existing and latest services. Given the utmost support to succeed from senior management from all networks of the business. Their presence in the market along with resources provided will generate revenue and help to reach your OTE. Strong negotiating skills will be needed to develop new business and by adding new services. You will need to maintain active engagement with internal teams to ensure client’s requests are understood and accurately liaising with the staffing department to meet client’s needs. In order for you to be successful in this role, you will need to get to know the team you will be working with and how to utilise key players to ensure individual and team targets are met.
