An exciting new opportunity exists within Aveo Group for a pro-active and energetic Weekend Host to join our Sales team to work across various villages in NSW including Aveo Fernbank, Lindfield Gardens, Manors of Mosman, Minkara Resort, Peninsula Gardens and Pittwater Palms.
About the role:
Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager - NSW & SA, you will be required to greet people who have come to the villages on a weekend due to advertised Open For Inspection marketing and signage/banners and to create a great first impression of the villages.
Your role will include responsibilities such as meeting and greeting prospective clients, facilitating sales enquiries, liaising with your sales team and head office to ensure correspondence and other administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Minimum role requirement:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Real Estate Certificate;
- Consistent availability over flexible hours, including weekends;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Outstanding administrative skills;
- Strong computer literacy;
- High level customer service skills;
- Approachable and well presented;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, including the ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments;
- The ability to work autonomously and follow tasks through to completion.
