What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Online, the purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of your key account, from cross-selling and up-selling, new business development, client retention through to customer satisfaction. A strong track record of sales in e-commerce solutions will allow you to reach out and comfortably maintain relationships with enterprise clients. Working with consumer electronics and goods, you will develop working relationships with all relevant account controllers, managers, brand managers and digital marketers; also you will work with key stakeholders by sharing your knowledge of the online channel. You will be working with a range of deal values, from the thousands to the millions, allowing you to use different skill sets.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Significant account management experience in the e-commerce space
  • Experience selling to a variety end users
  • Sales methodology training and application in prior roles (Challenger, SPIN etc.)

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Proven account development experience with large accounts
  • Commercial acumen and solution-based sales approach
