The Opportunity

You'll need to coordinate client projects from start to finish, as well as for our ongoing, long term clients and manage the lovely account manager and SEO and Adwords specialist in your team. It is essential that you have a background in agency life, so you understand the cut and thrust of the role.

We need you to:

  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships via the day-to-day management and delivery of high quality work, on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with, and coordinate devs and designers to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Brief and coordinate the in-house editor and research producer
  • Support the professional development of the your team - account manager and the seo/PPC expert
  • Work closely with the General Manager on business development; both in driving growth with existing clients and onboarding new clients
  • Love communicating with clients and seeing projects from concept to completion
  • Be super organised in order to coordinate day-to-day running of digital projects for multiple clients
  • Be financially astute and ensure every hour billed to the client is on spec
  • Have a thorough understanding of the basic principles of marketing
  • Think strategically about client proposals when drafting and project-planning

To Be Successful

To be successful in this role is essential that you present with:

  • 5+ years agency account management experience
  • Confidence in dealing with clients of all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Outstanding time management and financial accountability
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics - SEO and Adwords etc
  • Experience with Google Drive, Trello, Slack, Hubspot, and Wordpress
  • Knowledge of social media: Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram etc.
  • Passion for your job and all things digital
