What you’ll be doing:

As the Business Development Consultant, you will be based across our Maddington & Fremantle offices and travel within the Perth South region. You will be building ongoing relationships with local businesses with the goal of opening up sustainable, long term employment opportunities for our diverse range of clients.

• Educate, consult and coach local businesses on the many benefits of interacting with Konekt Employment, including wage subsidies and ongoing support
• It’s not just about jobs, you will be initiating opportunities for work experience, Internships and work trial placements
• Mentor and support both the employer and client through the transition into employment to ensure a long term positive outcome for both
• Draft wage subsidy agreements on employment placements for eligible clients
• Develop and implement a personalised sales plan to support and achieve regional targets
• Build strong working relationships with a culturally diverse range clients and jobseekers   
• Work alongside an experienced & passionate employment team
• Maintain the integrity of the organisation and follow Konekt Employment's values and ethos
