THE COMPANY & POSITION:
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated Business Manager-Finance & Insurance to join their dealership which offers plenty of opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be an automotive industry professional with proven results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, offering both Finance and Insurance products to your client base. If you are looking for a long term career, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Business Management-F&I experience within the car industry is necessary
- A proven track record of success with Finance and Insurance deals
- Excellent negotiation, cross selling and closing skills
- Strong self-motivation and ambition to achieve targets
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Industry qualifications and high ethical standards of compliance with legislation
- Strong computer literacy
- A positive and professional career minded person
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
- Previous experience following systems and processes
- Consistent professionalism while under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
