Company Summary:
G&R Wills Wholesalers is a Darwin based General Variety Wholesaler which services remote Aboriginal and Island Communities in NT, SA, WA and QLD. We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Clothing department based in Darwin.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Set, monitor and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain regular call cycles both face to face and by telephone.
Continue to develop strong proactive relationships with our customer base.
Travel to remote communities on a regular basis.
Processing of some customers orders and credits.
Interpretation of sales data.
Monitor and control stock levels.
Range selection.
Overseas Travel.
Liaise with suppliers.
Be proactive in problem solving.
Computer literacy.
The Successful Applicant will have to demonstrate:
- A history of exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
- That you have developed and maintained strong relationships with a customer base.
- The ability to generate new customers.
- A strong history in sales.
- Have managed inventory successfully.
- Ability to identify current sales trends.
Desirable but not essential
Experience in Remote Communities
Background in the Clothing industry.
