We are looking for an experienced and energetic sales manager to galvanize, as well as add to an existing team and maximise our national infrastructure and reach. We will empower you with a platform to achieve your goals whilst achieving company objectives. You will be goal driven to achieve sales targets.
Qualities you should already have:
- Proven track record of successfully growing face to face direct sales teams in the retail energy sector.
- Minimum 3 years experience direct sales management experience in door to door sales.
- Minimum 2 years field based sales experience, leading from the front in door to door sales.
- Experience in building door to door teams and / or shopping centre, teams.
- This is a sales management role, so to be high achieving and Goal Oriented is critical.
- The ability to manage and create appropriate K.P.I's.
- Lead from the front approach where necessary, assisting in closing the best opportunities.
- Reliable and honest work ethic.
- Proficient in foundation administration tasks.
- Enjoy travelling.
- To be able to build and motivate a sales team.
- Extraordinarily fun, positive personality with a sense of humour to everything in life!
